Summary

Every quarter, we pull back the curtain to showcase some of the work our product teams have achieved over the season and what we’re working on next.

In this article, discover the 2026 edition of our Data Privacy Benchmark Report, as well as the latest updates to our solutions and a sneak peek at what’s next.

Our 2026 Data Privacy Benchmark Report is live

We recently released the 4th edition of our Benchmark Report, a resource used every year by global organizations to get the pace of the data privacy industry, assess their performance, and help build resilient data privacy practices:

In the 2026 edition of our report, we bring you what has made the benchmark a staple of our industry: Proprietary data and insights on consent collection and consent banners, supplemented by a deep dive into the most significant strategic challenges we’ve identified for 2026, and some of the ways organizations can prepare.

I’m excited to unveil our findings and look forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback.

- Romain Gauthier, CEO and Co-founder at Didomi

In this edition, the most extensive to date, we focus on three core pillars to bring you as much value as possible:

  • Consent collection in Europe and North America: A data-focused benchmark of consent rates and metrics across regions, devices, environments, and industries.
  • Consent banner usage and performance: Insights about the most common and best-performing consent banner formats for performance comparison.
  • Main data challenges for 2026: Focus on 5 key data privacy topics organizations need to prepare for in 2026.

That last section is the most significant innovation from previous reports, leveraging discussions with subject matter experts and proprietary data to zoom in on consent fatigue, server-side tagging, compliance monitoring, consent orchestration, and, of course, artificial intelligence.

The TCF v2.3 is now live and enforced

The IAB’s Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF), the standard used across digital advertising to communicate user consent and vendor disclosures, has officially moved to version 2.3.

This update builds on TCF v2.2 with a stronger focus on clearer vendor disclosure and more explicit consent signals, and it became mandatory on February 28, 2026.

For Didomi customers, the transition is handled within the platform, and no specific action is required, except for updating to the latest mobile SDK version if applicable. All details can be found in our support center or our dedicated blog post:

General product updates overview: Winter 2025/2026

Without spending too much time on each update, we still want to highlight a few other notable changes and improvements to our solutions:

  • Advanced Compliance Monitoring (ACM): New metrics, charts, and dashboards now expand the analytics to deliver more meaningful insights.
  • CTV multi-regulation support (CMP): We have extended CTV support to every regulation you manage, creating a consistent consent experience across all regions.
  • One-click consent choices & choice pre-selection (PMP): You can now streamline users’ experience by setting default answers, allowing them to accept or decline the main purpose, and automatically applying their choice to all related preferences. This keeps user journeys faster, clearer, and more consistent.
  • Adobe Experience Platform integration: Our new native integration allows you to feed real-time customer consent and preference data into Adobe Experience Platform for compliant, personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Server-side tagging alerts: Users can now get instant visibility and self-service diagnostics to immediately identify, diagnose, and resolve server-side tagging issues and proactively protect Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).

Our server-side offering is continuously expanding, and the team has released a number of case studies conducted with customers, covering their specific use cases and success metrics. Check it out on the Addingwell by Didomi website:
