Expanding our coverage and offering for U.S. organizations
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the best solutions to our American customers, we’ve broken new grounds in te past few months in adapting to the evolving U.S. regulatory patchwork, starting with a reinforced CMP coverage:
- Global Privacy Support (GPP): Updated five states to incorporate recently introduced Global Privacy Protocol (GPP) support.
- New state laws available: 3 new states (Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island) available in the Didomi Console, ahead of them entering into force on January 1st, 2026.
Importantly, evolving requirements (particularly in California) have underscored the need for Global Privacy Controls (GPC). Respect for this signal is included for all U.S. states' regulations in the Didomi Console, including these new state updates.
Our team also hosted our latest Product Advisory Group (PAG) in New York, gathering a select group of Didomi and Sourcepoint U.S. enterprise clients to discuss the state of the privacy industry, share our roadmap, and work together to build the next steps of our product and business vision towards becoming the best enterprise Consent Management Platform (CMP).

Partnering with industry leaders to better serve our clients
We constantly partner with other players in the data privacy and technology spaces to ensure we address our clients' needs and stay up to date with the latest industry trends.
Over the past few months, we were able to announce three exciting news related to collaboration with major tech players:
First, we were happy to confirm that our Consent Management Platform is now compatible with Amazon Consent Signal (ACS), enabling organizations running ads through Amazon advertising services and solutions in the UK or the EEA to leverage their users' privacy choices in Amazon AdTech tools.
We were also delighted to share that Didomi was confirmed as a Google CMP Partner with Gold status and named an ‘app ready’ partner for the first time, making it one of the very few CMP providers worldwide to hold that title.
This was made possible by improving our Google Consent Mode V2 integration and building direct integrations with app ecosystems that help mobile developers enforce privacy rules while reducing operational complexity:
Earning Google’s ‘app ready’ partner status is a recognition of our engineering team’s focus on mobile-first privacy. It reflects our mission to make privacy seamless and reliable across every environment where our customers operate.
- Jeff Wheeler, VP of Product at Didomi
Lastly, Adobe recently revealed our native connector between Didomi and the Adobe Experience Platform. This technical integration will empower marketing teams to integrate privacy choices for targeted, compliant campaigns. More on that very soon!
General product updates overview: Fall 2025
Let’s have a quick look at some of the general updates and news you might have missed this fall:
- Web and CTV SDK update delivery: We now let you manage when and how SDK updates are delivered, allowing you to choose your SDK version and update mode. You gain control and visibility over when updates that may affect your web, web-based, and CTV environments are applied.
- Transparency and Consent Framework v2.3: The latest iteration of IAB Europe’s framework will be enforceable starting next February, but we are already ready for it. Learn all about the TCF v2.3 here.
- CMP migration process: Migrating from one CMP to another can seem daunting, but we have made it as easy as possible. Discover how to migrate to Didomi seamlessly here.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): It’s everywhere for a reason, but as with everything we do, our approach to AI is rooted in ethics and thoughtful data practices. Learn how we leverage AI in one of our solutions, and watch our webinar with Max Schrems to hear thoughts from the famed privacy lawyer and from our CEO on the topic.
- Opinion pieces: Every month, guest speakers, both internal and external, take over our Privacy Soapbox blog category to share insights and opinions about their expertise. Check out one of our latest examples, an article from our Engineering Manager, Data and Analytics, Adriano Sanges, on GDPR and data governance.
Lastly, our team recently published a guide in collaboration with Unnest, Ba&sh, Meta, and Tigrz on omnichannel attribution, highlighting how server-side tagging helped an online retailer leverage offline sales data to transform marketing performance measurement:
