TCF 2.4 framework

What's new in TCF 2.4?

IAB Europe has introduced TCF 2.4, building on TCF 2.3 with enhanced transparency requirements and clearer information for users.

The update introduces standardized explanations and illustrations for features, revised terminology for Special Feature 2, and additional guidance on consent choices across devices.

For publishers and advertisers, these changes reinforce the importance of clear consent notices, accurate vendor disclosures, and consistent consent management.
