Every quarter, we gather to share our progress and achievements and provide you with a sneak peek at our roadmap for the upcoming months.
The start of 2025 has been a busy one, marked by an acquisition, several product milestones, and many more developments on the horizon.
Didomi acquired the server-side tagging platform Addingwell
The most significant and impactful milestone of 2025 so far has been our acquisition of Addingwell, with the support of Marlin Equity Partners and a 72 million euros investment.
The acquisition marks a significant step in strengthening our position in privacy-preserving data collection and activation by integrating Addingwell's server-side tagging technology, which enables companies to maintain better control over their data operations while optimizing performance and ensuring compliance.

We’re very excited to reveal more in the coming weeks. In the meantime, head to our press release to read about the acquisition and visit our server-side page to learn more about Addingwell:

Didomi product updates: Spring 2025
Although an acquisition and 72 million euros tend to take the spotlight, a lot more happened in the first quarter of the year, starting with the release of our yearly consent collection benchmark.
Every year, we publish a comprehensive report, filled with proprietary data and exclusive insights on data collection, examining performance by region, industry, device, banner configuration, and more. This year, we took it a step further by including a section on North America, focusing on the U.S. and Canada.

Download the full report (no email required) to evaluate your own performance.
Other notable product news from Didomi in the last quarter included, in brief:
- Our recognition, for the ninth (!) consecutive time, by software comparison platform G2 as a leader in their "Consent Management Platform (CMP)" and "Data Privacy Management" categories.
- Improvements to our Advanced Compliance Monitoring (ACM) solution, helping organizations understand what is really going on on their website.
On that last point, read the article written by our Chief Privacy Officer, Thomas Adhumeau, earlier this year about the Orange case and the withdrawal of consent, and his column on why Adtech companies must start actively monitoring their partners' compliance:
