When Didomi provides its services to its customers, it acts as a data processor.

In order to provide its services, Didomi relies on various sub-processors:

- For the provision of the Consent Management Platform ("CMP"), the provision of the Preference Management Platform (PMP) and the provision of DSAR (service that enables Didomi’s customers to receive requests to exercise the rights of data subjects who use customers’ digital media and to manage their implementation), Didomi uses the following sub-processor to host the raw data:

Amazon Web Services (AWS) EMEA SARL whose address is 38 Avenue John F Kennedy L 1855 LUXEMBOURG. The data centers are located in the European Union (Frankfurt- Germany).


- For the provision of the CMP, PMP and DSAR products, Didomi uses the following sub-processor for customers’ data (including our client’s analytics):

Snowflake whose address is in Bozeman MT 59715, 106 E Babcock Street suite 3A UNITED-STATES. The Snowflake servers Didomi uses are in AWS eu-central-1 location (Frankfurt - Germany).
